Customized Solution for On-Site Demands
The client’s sewage features pH 5.5-8, room temperature, 0.5% dry mass solid impurities, with a required feeding flow of 10-15m³/h. To avoid pump/pipeline blockage by large plastic/paper debris, we added a custom filter basket at the pump inlet for pre-interception. The solution is fully equipped with:
l QBK-65 pneumatic diaphragm pump (matching flow demand) , SS304 pump body and PTFE membrane, with 1 set of spare parts (membranes, balls, seals) for easy maintenance.
l SS304 cake receiving tray (2mm thick, with wheels) to receiving the filter cakes and easy to move.
l Clean water collection troughs for user-friendly operation.
l 10m PVC-stainless steel pipeline with filter basket, connected to the user’s 3m-deep sewage tank.
l 4 extra sets of wear-resistant filter cloth for long-term use.
