The customer is a trading company in Nigeria that specializes in the procurement of petrochemical and industrial water treatment equipment. They have been providing pipeline accessory equipment to local chemical enterprises for a long time. Due to the tight project schedule, the customer urgently needed a batch of high-quality and quickly deliverable basket filters for the newly constructed liquid transportation system.
Customer Requirements
- • Product material: 100% SS304 stainless steel. It is required to be corrosion-resistant and suitable for various media environments.
- • Connection method: DN125 flange interface, compatible with 133mm outer diameter pipeline
- • Filtering accuracy: 100 mesh, meeting the general requirements for industrial liquid filtration.
- • Configuration requirements: Pressure differential gauge, exhaust valve, and discharge port, facilitating on-site monitoring and maintenance.
Our Solution
According to the customer’s selection requirements, we provided the stainless steel basket filter model JYBF-125-304, which perfectly matches its technical parameters:
- • The cylinder and the filter basket are both made of SS304 material. The diameter of the cylinder is 219mm and its height is 364mm.
- • Design pressure: 1.6 MPa, meeting the pressure-bearing requirements of industrial pipelines
- • Equipped with a hook-type quick-opening structure, it is convenient for cleaning and maintenance.
- • The differential pressure gauge is designed in a dry style, meeting the safety requirements for air transportation.
- • All the equipment has undergone sandblasting treatment, resulting in better appearance and corrosion resistance.
