As an industrial hub in Southeast Asia, Singapore has a continuous increase in demand for small, flexible, and easy-to-operate solid-liquid separation equipment in various production and processing scenarios. For this project, the Singaporean client, based on their own production conditions, put forward core requirements for the equipment, including a simple structure, convenient operation, and low maintenance costs. At the same time, they emphasized the practicality and adaptability of the equipment to meet the stable operation needs of daily solid-liquid separation tasks.
In response to the client’s customized demands, Junyi tailored a dedicated configuration plan for the XMQ2/380 jack press filter. The entire machine adopts a manual feeding + manual plate pulling + jack pressing + clear water outflow design, requiring no complex power supply, with an intuitive and easy-to-understand operation process, suitable for the usage habits of small-scale operation scenarios. The frame is a box-type 380 carbon steel frame, which is structurally stable, has strong load-bearing capacity, and is durable. It is paired with plastic water tanks and PP pipes, which have excellent corrosion resistance and can effectively adapt to various working conditions. There are a total of 9 filter plates in the middle, made of PP material, with a thickness of 45mm and a size of 380×380mm. The filtration efficiency is stable, and the clear water outflow design makes the liquid discharge situation clear at a glance, facilitating on-site operation and monitoring.
To ensure the filtration effect and the overall user experience of the equipment, it is equipped with 9+1 pieces of PP-750A polypropylene filter cloth, which has strong filtration precision adaptability and good water permeability, meeting the clear liquid requirements of conventional solid-liquid separation. The feeding system selects the QBK-15 (PP) pneumatic diaphragm pump, combined with PP pipes to form a complete feeding and conveying system, which operates stably and is not prone to clogging, capable of achieving smooth material transportation and in line with the overall operation rhythm of the equipment.
In terms of cross-border delivery and stocking guarantee, Junyi strictly follows the production and packaging standards for export equipment, equipping the entire machine with export-specific wooden box packaging to avoid bumps and damages during transportation from the source. The production progress is advanced according to the order requirements to ensure the equipment is delivered on schedule on April 10, 2026. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with standard nameplates and complete technical documents, providing convenience for subsequent logistics transfer, customs clearance, and on-site installation and commissioning.
