As a core product in the pipeline rough filtration series, the basket filter is also suitable for filtering large particles in gases or other media. Installed on pipelines, it can remove large solid impurities from fluids, ensuring the normal operation of machinery and equipment (including compressors, pumps, etc.) and instruments. This stabilizes the process and guarantees safe production. When fluid enters the filter cartridge equipped with a specified mesh screen, impurities are trapped, while clean filtrate is discharged from the filter outlet. For cleaning, simply remove the detachable filter cartridge, process it, and reinstall it to resume use. Therefore, it is extremely convenient to use and maintain, making it ideal for large-flow fluid transmission pipelines.

The bag filter features a filter bag supported by a metal mesh basket internally. Liquid flows in through the inlet, is filtered by the bag, and exits through the outlet, with impurities trapped in the bag. After replacing the filter bag, the equipment can continue to be used.

Focusing on precision filtration needs, the cartridge filter can deeply remove suspended solids (sand, rust, etc.), colloids (mainly small-particle substances), and some organic matter (removing partial color and odor to improve fluid appearance and taste) from water. Composed of a filter housing and a filter element, the equipment works by forcing the liquid to be filtered into the inlet, passing it through the filter element from outside to inside to achieve clarification, and trapping impurities on the surface and deep layers of the element.

Filter Press: A Powerful Tool for High-Solid-Content Separation, Enabling Efficient Solid-Liquid Separation

As a core equipment for separating high-solid-content media, the filter press uses powerful pressure difference separation technology to handle various materials with solid impurity content exceeding 1%. It can meet large-output filtration requirements. The equipment consists of a frame, filter plates, filter cloth, oil cylinder, automatic control system, diaphragm, cake receiving cart, automatic liquid-receiving flap, filter cloth washing system, and conveyor belt. When the filter plates are clamped, closed filter chambers are formed between adjacent plates. After starting the feed pump, fluid enters the filter chambers, and solid particles are separated from the fluid using pressure difference, with solids trapped in the chambers to form filter cakes.

Unlike conventional filtration equipment, the filter press uses filter cloth as the filtration medium, and its performance is described by weight and air permeability rather than fixed micron precision. This is because the filtration effect of filter cloth is affected by the impurity content, viscosity of the material, and filtration stage: the liquid may be turbid at the initial stage of filtration, but it gradually clarifies as a filter cake layer forms on the cloth. For example, the polyester 3927 filter cloth commonly used for edible oil filtration has a weight of 500–550g, air permeability of 20L/M²·S, and an actual filtration precision of approximately 5–10 microns. If customers need higher precision, it can be upgraded by equipping the plate-and-frame filter press with filter paper.
