The customer needs to handle the spicy sabah sauce. The feed inlet is required to be 2 inches, the cylinder diameter 6 inches, the cylinder material SS304, the temperature 170℃, and the pressure 0.8 megapascals.
Based on the customer’s process requirements, the following configuration was selected after a comprehensive assessment:

This scheme selects a magnetic rod filter DN50, with a feed port specification of 2 inches, which is consistent with the customer’s requirements to ensure a seamless connection of the feed interface. The diameter of the equipment cylinder is 6 inches, providing sufficient space for the filtration of spicy sabah sauce and adapting to the layout of the customer’s production process. The filtration system adopts 5 D25×150mm magnetic rods, effectively intercepting metal particle impurities in the spicy sabah sauce and ensuring the stability of product quality. The cylinder body is made of stainless steel 304 material specified by the customer. This material has excellent corrosion resistance and can prevent the material from rusting and contaminating the sauce. The pressure is designed to be 1.0 megapascal, covering the customer’s usage requirement of 0.8 megapascals. It is equipped with a PTFE material sealing ring. Ensure the stable operation of the equipment under the high-temperature working condition of 170℃. The equipment structure is reasonably designed. The magnetic rods are easy to disassemble and clean, which is convenient for daily maintenance. It helps customers optimize the pre-treatment process of spicy sabah sauce raw materials and improve the overall production efficiency.
