The core demand of the American customer is to treat the wastewater generated from cleaning concrete mixers and tools, achieving solid-liquid separation and water resource recovery. Based on the actual operating conditions on site, the filtration requirements of the customer present clear characteristics:
- Treatment medium: Wastewater containing residual solid particles from concrete, with low viscosity, pH value of 7 (neutral), and no special corrosiveness;
- Operating conditions: The working temperature needs to be controlled within 45℃, the wastewater flow is small, and there are no additional requirements for filtration accuracy;
- Core objective: Efficiently intercept solid impurities in the wastewater to ensure that the recycled water quality meets the standards, and at the same time, adapt to the flexible usage requirements of the site.
II. Precise Matching of Pressure Filter Machine Design and Filtration Requirements
In response to the customer’s filtration scenario and core demands, we have optimized the structural design and component configuration of the pressure filter machine to achieve a deep fit between the requirements and the product:
- Core structure adapted to neutral low-viscosity wastewater: Adopting a carbon steel frame combined with manual jacks, the structure is stable and suitable for neutral wastewater treatment scenarios. The combination of single parallel flow + PVC water tank can achieve efficient diversion for low-flow wastewater, avoiding liquid accumulation and residue, and improving the efficiency of solid-liquid separation;
- Filter components matched to normal temperature and normal pressure conditions: Configuring 9 + 2 pieces of normal temperature and normal pressure box-type filter plates, fully adapting to the working temperature within 45℃, without the need for additional temperature control devices; Equipped with 1 set of 750B regular filter cloth, the filter cloth pore size and material are optimized for the interception of concrete solid particles, without special precision requirements, while balancing filtration speed and separation effect;
- Feed system adapted to wastewater transmission requirements: Selecting 304SS material pneumatic diaphragm pump and matching feed pipelines, the material is corrosion-resistant and suitable for neutral wastewater transmission, the pump power and pipeline diameter are customized for the customer’s “low flow” working conditions, avoiding energy waste caused by large-flow equipment, ensuring stable feed control;
- Auxiliary design adapted to on-site usage requirements: The equipment is equipped with wheels and braking devices, meeting the customer’s possible multi-scenario mobile usage requirements, facilitating flexible adjustment of position according to the site layout, improving operational convenience, and indirectly ensuring the smoothness of the filtration process.

III. Matching Effect and Application Value
The targeted design of the pressure filter machine and the precise matching of the customer’s filtration requirements ultimately achieved efficient and practical application results:
- Precise solid-liquid separation: The combination design of filter plates and filter cloth successfully intercepted all solid impurities in the wastewater, and the treated water quality met the recycling and reuse standards, fully achieving the customer’s core goal of water resource recovery;
- Strong adaptability to operating conditions: The overall design of the equipment is adapted to the 45℃ within, low viscosity, and low flow neutral wastewater scenarios, during operation, there are no compatibility issues, no additional adjustments are needed to work stably;
- Outstanding practical value: The customized feed system and auxiliary design have not only reduced equipment operating energy consumption but also improved on-site operational flexibility, while the selection of 304SS material and carbon steel frame extends the equipment’s service life in this working condition, reducing maintenance costs in the future.
The customer feedback that the pressure filter machine perfectly meets their actual wastewater filtration needs, from operating condition adaptation to core functions, achieving “customized as needed”, without additional modifications, it can be put into use directly, efficiently solving the solid-liquid separation problem of concrete mixing wastewater, fully demonstrating the high matching between product design and customer needs.
