The client needed to filter vegetable juice with 5t/h flow rate, 1-2% solid content and 70-90℃ working temperature, pursuing clear filtered juice, continuously operating equipment and thick filter residue discharge. The original manual soft filter cloth filtration was plagued by low efficiency and time-consuming operation, which could not meet the industrial production needs.
Customized Self-Cleaning Filter Solution
Targeting the high-concentration high-temperature vegetable juice characteristics, we optimized our JYSCF-150 self-cleaning filter and matched it with a QBK50 pneumatic diaphragm pump, with key customizations and configurations as follows:
Core filter optimization: Equipped with a scraping scraper to remove impurities continuously on the SS304 wedge wire screen (150um precision) in real time; increased pressure difference to 0.4Mpa and sewage outlet to DN150 for thick residue discharge; DN350 cylinder diameter (3mm thick SS304) and 1.1kw reducer motor to adapt to high-concentration fluid filtration.
Intelligent control: Siemens PLC control cabinet (Schneider components) with LCD panel and fault alarm function, integrating the control of filter and diaphragm pump for one-key operation.
Food-grade configuration: Full SS304 material for filter and pump meets F&B industry hygiene standards; DN50 quick-install interfaces for all connections for easy disassembly and cleaning.
Practical design: With rotating arm for convenient upper cover maintenance and base for fixed installation; dedicated pipelines and valves between filter and pump for stable material transmission.
Power matching: 3-phase 380V 50Hz power supply, fully adapted to local power grid parameters in Thailand.
