Basic information: The enterprise processes 20000 tons of hot-dip galvanizing annually, and the production wastewater is mainly rinse wastewater. After treatment, the amount of wastewater entering the wastewater treatment station is 1115 cubic meters per year. Calculated based on 300 working days, the amount of wastewater generated is about 3.7 cubic meters per day.
Treatment process: After collecting wastewater, alkaline solution is added to the neutralization regulating tank to adjust the pH value to 6.5-8. The mixture is homogenized and homogenized by pneumatic stirring, and some ferrous ions are oxidized to iron ions; After sedimentation, the wastewater flows into the oxidation tank for aeration and oxidation, converting the unremoved ferrous ions into iron ions and eliminating the phenomenon of yellowing in the effluent; After sedimentation, the effluent flows automatically into the reuse water tank, and the pH value is adjusted to 6-9 by adding acid. About 30% of the clean water is reused in the rinsing section, and the remaining clean water meets the standard and is connected to the domestic sewage pipe network in the factory area. The sludge from the sedimentation tank is treated as hazardous solid waste after dewatering, and the filtrate is returned to the treatment system.
Filter press equipment: Mechanical dewatering of sludge utilizes equipment such as XMYZ30/630-UB filter press (total capacity of filter chamber is 450L).
Automation measures: pH self-control devices are installed at all locations involving pH value control, making it easy to operate and saving medication dosage. After the process transformation was completed, the direct discharge of wastewater was reduced, and the discharge of pollutants such as COD and SS was reduced. The effluent quality reached the third level standard of the Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996), and the total zinc reached the first level standard
