Project Background
A large-scale fine chemical enterprise located in Southeast Asia mainly produces industrial coatings and specialty chemicals. The original fluid filtration system of this factory, due to equipment aging and insufficient processing capacity, often caused the production line to frequently stop, and the tiny particle impurities in the medium seriously affected the purity of the final products. The customer urgently needed a high-strength, high-flow, and easy-to-maintain filtration system to replace the old equipment in order to improve production efficiency and product quality.

Customer pain points

The old equipment has insufficient pressure resistance and frequently experiences sealing failure and leakage problems.

The replacement of traditional filter elements is extremely cumbersome, and the filtering capacity is small, resulting in extremely high labor maintenance costs.

Solution
According to the customer’s operational requirements, our technical team recommended a stainless steel industrial-grade single-bag filter (SS316L material) for them, and customized matching filter bags with a filtration accuracy of 50μm.

High-strength material: The main body is made of thickened SS316L stainless steel, which is resistant to high pressure and strong acid and alkali corrosion, completely solving the leakage problem of the old equipment and ensuring the safety of chemical production.

High flow and high dirt capacity: One unit of this equipment can meet the customer’s processing demand of 20 cubic meters per hour. The filter bags have a large dirt-capturing space, significantly extending the replacement cycle and reducing material costs.

Quick-opening convenient maintenance: The lifting ring bolt quick-opening design requires no complex tools. The on-site operator can complete the filter bag replacement in just a few minutes, completely eliminating the cumbersome maintenance work.

Real-time monitoring of discharge: The pressure gauge and bottom discharge ball valve are equipped to help customers accurately monitor the filtration pressure difference. Without disassembling the equipment, they can quickly empty the internal residual impurities, saving expensive chemical raw materials and protecting the environment.
