Equipment selection: Two models with a filtration area of 200 square meters each were recommended, one for use and one as a backup, to ensure continuous production.
Core technology application:
High-pressure diaphragm pressing: By injecting 2.0 MPa of high-pressure water into the diaphragm, it performs a second strong squeezing on the pre-formed filter cake, breaking the capillary structure and extracting more moisture.
Fully automatic operation: Integrated with a PLC control system, it realizes unmanned operation throughout the process from pressing, feeding, pressing, drying, discharging to filter cloth rinsing.
