I. Main Structure and Characteristics

1. Rack Section:

  • Tail plate (thrust plate): Fixed end, connected to the foundation.
  • Head plate (compression plate): The movable end is driven by a hydraulic cylinder to achieve the compression and release of the filter plate.
  • Main beam: Usually made of high-strength steel as a double beam, it bears the weight of all the filter plates and filter cakes, and requires good rigidity and high strength.

2. Filtering Section:

  • Filter plate: The material is usually reinforced polypropylene (PP), which features light weight, corrosion resistance, and high strength. The filter plate has a concave middle section, which is used to collect the filtrate and support the filter cloth.
  • Filter cloth: Based on the characteristics of the filtered material (such as particle size, acidity and alkalinity), different materials (such as polyester, polypropylene, nylon) and weaving methods are selected for the filter cloth. This is a key consumable component that determines the filtering effect.
  • (Optional) Diaphragm compression filter plate: A filter plate with an elastic rubber diaphragm. After the feed is completed, high-pressure medium (water or gas) can be introduced to perform secondary pressing on the filter cake, significantly reducing the moisture content of the filter cake.

3. Hydraulic System:

  • It is composed of an electric motor, a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic valve and an oil tank.
