Working principle

Normal filtration: The liquid flows through the filter screen, impurities are retained, and the clean liquid is output.

Automatic sensing: When the intelligent system detects a clogged filter (with increased pressure difference), it automatically initiates cleaning.

Self-cleaning sewage discharge: The suction scanner is driven to rotate and open the sewage valve. The reverse force is utilized to instantly clean the filter screen and discharge the waste, without the need for a shutdown.

Main types

Depending on the different types of cleaning mechanisms used, the following are the common ones:

Suction-type self-cleaning filter: The most commonly used type, which achieves backwashing through the cooperation of the suction scanner and the discharge valve.

Brush-type self-cleaning filter: A rotating brush is installed on the inner side of the filter screen. During cleaning, the brush rotates to remove impurities. It is suitable for viscous and oily media.

Scraping type self-cleaning filter: Through the metal scraper, hard and easily caking impurities are completely removed. It is suitable for high-viscosity or media containing crystalline substances.
