1. Mainframe body: Stainless steel structure
Material: Made of 316 or 304 stainless steel, featuring excellent corrosion resistance, fully meeting food hygiene standards and strict requirements of industrial environments.
Diaphragm filtration: The filter plates are equipped with elastic diaphragms. After the filtration process with the feed material is completed, high-pressure water or compressed air is injected into the diaphragms, causing them to expand and perform a secondary squeezing action on the filter cake in the filter chamber. This feature can significantly reduce the moisture content of the filter cake, increase the solid content, and lower the subsequent drying costs.
2. Filter Cake Backflush System
Core Advantages:
Complete discharge: Significantly reduces the phenomenon of filter cake adhering to the filter cloth, especially for viscous materials, the effect is remarkable.
Improve efficiency: Lay the foundation for rapid and automatic unloading, shorten the cycle time, and enhance the equipment’s production capacity. Maintain the permeability of the filter cloth: Reduce residue, extend the service life and cleaning cycle of the filter cloth.
3. Liquid receiving flap system

4. Fully automatic conveyor belt (belt conveyor)
Core Strengths:
Full-process automation: It has achieved full-process automation from filtration, discharging to transportation, significantly reducing the need for manual intervention and labor intensity.
Flexible connection: Based on the layout of the workshop, the length and direction of the conveying can be designed, and it can be easily connected with subsequent processing equipment.
Closed design: The conveyor belt can be equipped with a protective cover to achieve sealed transportation, preventing dust from the materials and avoiding secondary pollution.
Work process
Press down the filter plates: The oil cylinder pushes all the filter plates together to form the filter chamber.
Feed filtration: The slurry is pumped into the filter chamber. The solids are retained by the filter cloth to form a filter cake, while the liquid passes through the filter cloth and is discharged (in a clear flow or an impure flow).
Diaphragm compression: Stop the feed, inject high-pressure medium into the diaphragm, and apply strong pressure to the filter cake to further extract capillary water.
Liquid connection flap closed: Throughout the filtration and extrusion process, the liquid connection flap remains in a closed position.
Filter cake backflushing: Open the feed port and blow in compressed air in the reverse direction to loosen the filter cake.
Discharge preparation: The filter plates of the filter press are pulled apart, and at the same time, the liquid receiving flap automatically opens.
Automatic discharging and conveying: The filter cake falls off by its own weight (or is assisted in falling by the filter cloth conveying system or the vibrator) onto the lower conveyor belt. The conveyor belt starts and transports the filter cake away.
Cleaning Preparation (Intermittent): When cleaning is required, the liquid receiving flap can be closed again to collect the cleaning wastewater.
