Working principle
1. Press down the filter plate: Operate the manual jack to push the pressing plate to bring the multiple layers of filter plates together, forming several hollow and sealed filter chambers.
2. Feed filtration: The slurry is pumped into the filter chamber. Under the pressure of the feed pump (up to 1.0 MPa), solid particles are retained by the filter cloth, forming a filter cake; the clear liquid passes through the filter cloth and is discharged from both sides of the equipment through the counter-flow channels on the filter plates.
3. Release the discharge: After the filtration process is completed, reverse the operation of the jack to release the compression plate. Then, manually operate the manual pulling device to sequentially remove the filter plates.
4. Filter cake detachment: The filter cake detaches from the filter cloth by its own weight, completing one working cycle.
