The filter plates and frames are made of nodular cast iron, high temperature resistance and have a long service life.
Type of pressing plates method: Manual jack type, Manual oil cylinder pump type, and Automatic hydraulic type.
A、Filtration pressure: 0.6Mpa---1.0Mpa
B、Filtration temperature: 100℃-200℃/ High temperature.
C、Liquid discharge methods-Close flow: there are 2 close flow main pipes below the feed end of the filter press and if the liquid needs to be recovered or the liquid is volatile, smelly, flammable and explosive, close flow is used.
D-1、Selection of filter cloth material: The PH of the liquid determines the material of the filter cloth. PH1-5 is acidic polyester filter cloth, PH8-14 is alkaline polypropylene filter cloth.
D-2、Selection of filter cloth mesh: The fluid is separated, and the corresponding mesh number is selected for different solid particle sizes. Filter cloth mesh range 100-1000 mesh. Micron to mesh conversion (1UM = 15,000 mesh---in theory).
D-3、The cast iron frame filter press can also be used with filter paper for higher precision.
