XMY50/870 is a hydraulic box-type filter press specifically developed for medium-sized, stable and continuous production. Its design focuses on key process indicators – reliable sealing, uniform filter cake formation and intuitive process control. It is an ideal choice for handling high-value or difficult-to-process materials such as pigments, minerals, and chemical intermediates.

Engineering core

Precise hydraulic system: The precise matching of 20MPa clamping force and 0.6MPa feeding pressure ensures no leakage under long-term high-pressure filtration.

Durable filter matrix: 40 pieces of 870mm thick polypropylene plates (60mm) form a stable filter chamber, capable of producing a 30mm uniform filter cake, which is conducive to washing and stripping.

Visualized operation: Dual Ming effluent design, real-time monitoring of each filter plate status, rapid identification of abnormalities, and achieving proactive maintenance.

Sturdy bearing structure: The carbon steel frame is treated with sandblasting for anti-corrosion, and the 280mm high-strength beams ensure that the equipment will not deform during long-term operation.
