The customer is an industrial equipment integrator based in Australia, specializing in providing pipeline system solutions for the mining, energy, and water treatment industries. The end users require upgrading their existing pipeline systems to protect downstream pump sets from damage caused by impurities.
Customer Requirements
The customer urgently needs a batch of basket-type filters in the project. The specific requirements are as follows:
- Filtering accuracy: Capturing particles larger than 1.5mm in diameter.
- Material requirements: 316 stainless steel, with excellent corrosion resistance properties
- Interface standard: PN25-AS2129 flange, compatible with local Australian pipeline system
- Structural requirement: Diameter of the cylinder is DN125, and the distance between flanges is 420mm.
- Maintain convenience: Equipped with exhaust ports and drainage outlets, facilitating on-site emptying and cleaning.
- Delivery time: The goods must be dispatched before October 10, 2025.
Solution
Based on the technical parameters provided by the customer and the delivery time requirements, we offered a customized basket filter (model: JYBF-125-316), and carried out the following designs and services according to their needs:
Material and Structure
Made of 316 stainless steel. The cylinder body is 4mm thick and has a polished surface, meeting the requirements for corrosion resistance and cleanliness.
Filter accuracy
1.5mm mesh basket accuracy, effectively intercepting large particles and protecting downstream equipment
Flange customization
Manufactured in accordance with the PN25-AS2129 standard. The center distance of the flange is 180mm, with 8 evenly distributed holes, each with a diameter of 18mm. The flange surface is engraved with specification markings for easy identification at the site.
Interface configuration
Equipped with 3/4″ internal thread BSP exhaust port and discharge port, and 1/2″ internal thread discharge port, facilitating system debugging and maintenance.
Sealing material
EPDM sealing components, suitable for various industrial media and temperature ranges
Packaging and Shipping
The goods are packed in a fully enclosed wooden box with quick-release fasteners to ensure safe transportation.
