I. Customer Background
The client in this case is a German industrial system integrator, mainly undertaking heat condensate water treatment projects. The client has clear technical requirements for this project and needs to purchase a self-cleaning filter to filter the high-temperature condensate water, ensuring the stable operation of the system.
II. Product Configuration
Based on the technical parameters provided by the customer, our company customized a self-cleaning filter of model JYSFC-300-304 for them. The main configuration is as follows:
Design flow rate: 71.5 m³/h, operating flow range: 22 – 65 m³/h
Working temperature: 111℃, Design temperature: 136℃
Working pressure: 5.5 bar, design pressure: 15.5 bar
Filter accuracy: 350μm (Wedge-shaped filter element)
Cleaning method: Manual or pressure difference activation. Cleaning time ≤ 1 minute.
Main material: The cylinder is made of SS304, with a thickness of 4mm. The internal components such as the filter element and brush are also made of SS304.
Sealing material: Fluorine rubber, suitable for high-temperature conditions
Motor parameters: 0.75kW, 3-phase 400V, 50Hz, rotational speed 1500rpm
Interface standard: Inlet and outlet DN100 (ASME B16.5), discharge port DN40
Differential pressure transmitter: Includes
Electric sewage valve: Includes
III. Special Requirements of the Client
The client made several customized requests during the project, and our company has fully met all of them.
The thickness of the cylinder body is 4mm SS304 as per the customer’s requirements.
The surface treatment method is sandblasting.
Before the equipment is delivered, the following documents need to be provided: overall layout drawing, explosion diagram (including parts list), test report, material test certificate, operation and maintenance manual.
