This product is a highly efficient self-cleaning filter, specifically designed for the filtration of hot condensate water and suitable for industrial condensate water recovery systems.The equipment features a wedge-shaped mesh filter element combined with a brush-type self-cleaning structure, which can automatically remove impurities during continuous operation to ensure the stable operation of the system.The device is designed with high pressure resistance and excellent temperature resistance, making it suitable for outdoor installation in shaded environments.

1.High-efficiency filtration:
The filtration accuracy reaches 350μm, suitable for removing particulate matter in hot condensed water. 
2.Fully automatic cleaning:
Supports pressure difference activation or manual control. The cleaning time is ≤ 1 minute, and the process does not require machine shutdown. 
3.High-temperature and high-pressure resistant design:
Working temperature 111℃, design temperature 136℃, working pressure 5.5 bar, design pressure 15.5 bar. 
4.High-quality materials:
The main components such as the cylinder, filter element, and brush are made of SS304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and has a long service life. 
5.Compact structure:
Inner diameter 319mm, total height 1660mm. It occupies a small area and is easy to install. 
6.Standard interface:
Inlet and outlet are DN100 and DN150, 150# flanges in accordance with ASME B16.5 standard, and the discharge port is DN40.
