Brief Introduction:

This equipment is a fully automatic self-cleaning filter. It adopts a combined structure of a cylinder and a wedge-shaped filter element, specifically designed to remove suspended particles from liquids.The cylinder has a diameter of DN250 (outer diameter 273mm), with DN50 flanges for inlet and outlet (in accordance with DIN standards), and a DN100 discharge port equipped with an electric ball valve.The overall structure is compact and the flow capacity is strong. The equipment can be controlled automatically through PLC and a large LCD display, and it supports users to set operating parameters according to actual working conditions.

1.Tank body and filter element material:
SS304 stainless steel. The surface of the tank body is sandblasted, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. 
2.Filter accuracy:
50-micron wedge-shaped filter element with uniform gaps and stable filtration.
3.Cleaning method:
Internal scraper structure (304SS), automatically removes impurities on the filter screen surface during operation, without the need for frequent disassembly. 
4.Sealing material:
Fluorine rubber seals, resistant to temperature, oil, weak acids and alkalis, suitable for various industrial fluids.
5.Waste discharge design:
The lower discharge outlet is DN100 with an electric ball valve. The discharge speed is fast and it is not prone to clogging. 
6.Pressure differential control:
Equipped with a pressure differential sensor, connected to the PLC. Users can customize the pressure differential cleaning threshold.
7.Drive and Display:
0.75KW motor + large LCD display. The operating status is clear and it supports fault warning. 
8.Overall design parameters:
Design pressure 1.0 MPa, working pressure 0.6 MPa, suitable for medium and low-pressure pipeline systems.
