Brief Introduction:

This product has a compact structure and adopts hydraulic automatic pressing and one-time opening and discharging technology. An especially added vibrating plate cake-discharging system is specially designed. While the filter plates are being opened, it generates high-frequency vibration, which strongly assists the cake to fall off. This solves the problem of difficult cake discharging for viscous materials and truly realizes fully automated operation.

1.All stainless steel anti-corrosion body:
The main frame beams, cylinder bases, pressing plates and other key structural components are all made of stainless steel, which is resistant to acids and alkalis and can resist corrosion. It can adapt to high humidity and harsh working environments, and the equipment is durable.
2.A rapid disassembly function:
Controlled by the hydraulic system, all filter plates can be pulled out at once. Compared to the traditional method of pulling them out one by one, the disassembly time is significantly reduced, and the efficiency is increased by more than 50%.
3.High-frequency vibrating plate discharge system:
During the discharge process, the system can drive the filter plates to vibrate mechanically, enabling the rapid separation of the filter cake from the filter cloth. Even sludges or chemical residues with high viscosity can be easily discharged, avoiding the problem of filter plates getting clogged with materials.
4.Closed-type filtration structure:
The filter plates are designed with precise sealing surfaces. After being pressed together, a completely sealed filter chamber is formed, eliminating the phenomenon of material spraying, maintaining a clean workshop environment, and reducing material loss.
5.PLC intelligent automation:
The equipment is equipped with PLC and touch screen, enabling fully automatic operation including automatic clamping, automatic pressure retention, automatic pressure replenishment, automatic release, and vibration plate discharge, all without the need for human intervention.
