Product Features

1.Manual plate pulling:
Simple structure, low failure rate, suitable for small and medium batch production or intermittent operations.
2.Central feed:
The materials enter each filter chamber uniformly through the central holes of the filter plates, resulting in uniform cake formation and high filtration efficiency.
3.Enhanced PP filter plate:
Corrosion-resistant, resistant to certain temperatures, lightweight, and highly sealed.
4.Carbon steel frame:
Fully welded or bolted connection, with high strength and long service life.
5.Internal leakage liquid:
The filtrate is centrally discharged through internal channels, suitable for the closed treatment of odorous, volatile or toxic materials.
6.Automatic hydraulic clamping:
The hydraulic station automatically provides high-pressure clamping force, ensuring excellent sealing performance and preventing material leakage.
