This equipment is an 870 type box-type filter press. 1.Integrated vibrating plate system:
Each filter plate or the plates in intervals are equipped with a vibrating device. During discharging, they will vibrate automatically to assist in the detachment of the filter cake, thereby reducing the frequency of manual cleaning.
2.One-time pulling structure:
The hydraulic drive enables the simultaneous pulling of all filter plates, resulting in a fast discharging speed and a significant improvement in efficiency compared to the traditional method of pulling each plate one by one.
3.Frame stainless steel enclosure:
The exterior of key steel structures such as the main beam, cylinder base, and tail plate is covered with stainless steel plates to prevent exposure to corrosive environments.
4.Box-type filter plate:
Made of reinforced polypropylene filter plates, it has excellent sealing performance and stable filtration pressure.
