Working process of membrane filter press as following
Feeding → Filtering (filter cake formation) → Cake washing (for choice) → Membrane squeezing → Cake blowing or central feeding hole blowing (for choice) → Cake discharging.
Automatic membrane filter press consists of main beam, filter plates, filter clothes, hydraulic station, PLC, etc. We can also with pump, belt conveyor, drip tray, cake washing function, feeding hole blowing function, filter cloth washing function too.
