Efficient solution gains recognition
Shanghai Junyi Filtration Equipment Co., Ltd. has recently completed the preparation of the 1439th order from Uganda for an automatic box filter press, which is specially designed for the local avocado black water (avocado juice mixed liquid) treatment scenario.
With a processing capacity of 120 tons per day and precisely adapted process design, it has become a model of efficient filtration in the field of agricultural product processing.
This equipment model is XAYZ250/1250, with a filtration area of 250 square meters. It is designed for avocado black water with a solid content of 20%, a pH value of 4.5, and a maximum temperature of 60℃. It uses PP material filter plates (1250×1250mm, thickness 65mm) and polypropylene 750B filter cloth, along with a carbon steel frame and spray-painted surface treatment, which ensures both acid resistance and heat resistance.
The equipment is equipped with 93+2 filter plates, with a filter chamber capacity of 3735L. It achieves efficient solid-liquid separation through a combination of a feed pressure of 0.6-0.8Mpa and a cylinder pressure of 18-20Mpa.
The automated process strictly matches the customer’s process: After startup, the oil cylinder automatically tightens.
The feed pump operates until the pressure transmitter triggers a signal and then stops after a 30-second delay. Subsequently, the oil cylinder retracts, and the unloading is completed through the “1 pull 3 with vibration” automatic plate-pulling system, without the need for any manual intervention throughout the process.
The 18.5kw stainless steel rotor pump (flow rate 50m³/h) and 5.5kw hydraulic station provided as accessories ensure the stability of continuous operation.
The order also includes 292 spare filter cloths, stainless steel rotors and other accessories to meet the long-term operation and maintenance needs. Currently, the equipment has been fully stocked and will be sent to Uganda by self-pickup, providing solid equipment support for the local avocado processing industry chain.
