Stainless steel basket filter for sewage treatment
Product Overview
The stainless steel basket filter is a highly efficient and durable pipeline filtration device, mainly used to retain solid particles, impurities and other suspended substances in liquids or gases, protecting downstream equipment (such as pumps, valves, instruments, etc.) from contamination or damage. Its core component is a stainless steel filter basket, which features a sturdy structure, high filtration accuracy and easy cleaning. It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, food and water treatment.
Product Features
Excellent material
The main material is stainless steel such as 304 and 316L, which is corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant, and suitable for harsh working conditions.
Sealing materials: Nitrile rubber, fluorine rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), etc. are optional to meet the requirements of different media.
High-efficiency filtration
The filter basket is made of perforated mesh, woven mesh or multi-layer sintered mesh, with a wide range of filtration accuracy (usually 0.5 to 3mm, and higher accuracy can be customized).
The large slag tolerance design reduces frequent cleaning and improves work efficiency.
Structural design
Flange connection: Standard flange diameter (DN15 – DN500), easy to install and with good sealing performance.
Quick-opening top cover: Some models are equipped with quick-opening bolts or hinge structures, which facilitate quick cleaning and maintenance.
Sewage outlet: A sewage valve can be optionally equipped at the bottom to discharge sludge without disassembly.
Strong applicability
Working pressure: ≤1.6MPa (Customizable high-pressure model).
Operating temperature: -20℃ to 300℃ (adjusted according to the sealing material).
Applicable media: water, oil products, steam, acid and alkali solutions, food pastes, etc.
Typical application scenarios
Industrial process: Protect equipment such as heat exchangers, reactors, and compressors.
Water treatment: Pre-treat impurities such as sediment and welding slag in the pipeline.
Energy industry: Impurity filtration in natural gas and fuel systems.
