304 Stainless Steel Manual Hydraulic Filter Press Industrial Wastewater Treatment
Product features
1.Excellent material quality
The main components (filter plate, compression plate, hydraulic cylinder, etc.) are made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and rust-proof, and complies with food-grade hygiene standards.
2. Manual hydraulic pressing
Driven by a manual hydraulic pump, the operation is simple, the pressure is stable, and it ensures the sealing of the filter plate, preventing material leakage.
3. Box-type filter plate design
The surface of the filter plate is smooth, with good sealing performance and high filtration efficiency; the filter cloth is easy to replace and supports various filtration accuracies (different mesh sizes of filter cloth can be selected).
4. Wide applicability
It can handle high-viscosity, fine-grained or corrosive materials, such as food fermentation liquids, chemical sludge, metal smelting filter slurry, etc.
5. Stable structure
The frame is made of heavy-duty steel and is welded together, which can withstand high pressure without deforming; the filter plates are arranged closely, saving space.
6. Easy maintenance
It has no complex electrical components, resulting in a low failure rate; the hydraulic system can be manually depressurized, ensuring safety and reliability.
Operation Procedure
1.Assembling the filter plates: Place the filter cloth over the filter plates and arrange them in sequence.
2. Manual compression: Rotate the handle of the hydraulic pump and push the compression plate to ensure the sealing of the filter plate assembly.
3. Feed filtration: The material is pumped in, and the filtrate flows through the filter cloth while the filter cake remains in the chamber.
4. Discharge cleaning: After pressure relief, pull out the filter plate, remove the filter cake and clean the filter cloth.
Application fields
1. Food industry: Juice clarification, yeast filtration, edible oil refining, etc.
2. Chemical industry: Pigment, dye, resin filtration.
3. Environmental protection industry: Sewage treatment, sludge dewatering.
4. Mining and Metallurgy: Tailings dewatering, metal powder recovery.
How to choose the right model?
- What is the liquid that needs filtering?
2. What is the flow rate?
3. Temperature/PH value?
4. What are the main solid impurities that need to be filtered from the liquid? What is their content?
