Operation Procedure
1.Assembling the filter plates: Place the filter cloth over the filter plates and arrange them in sequence.
2. Manual compression: Rotate the handle of the hydraulic pump and push the compression plate to ensure the sealing of the filter plate assembly.
3. Feed filtration: The material is pumped in, and the filtrate flows through the filter cloth while the filter cake remains in the chamber.
4. Discharge cleaning: After pressure relief, pull out the filter plate, remove the filter cake and clean the filter cloth.
