Brief Introduction:

The XAZG90/1000-30 type diaphragm filter press is an efficient solid-liquid separation equipment suitable for industrial wastewater treatment.

This model adopts a dual counter-current flow design and is equipped with functions such as diaphragm pressing, air blowing and automatic plate pulling.

It is suitable for sludge dewatering treatment with high solid content (10-20%). The entire machine is fully equipped, including the feeding system, pneumatic diaphragm pump, PLC control cabinet, belt conveyor and screw air compressor, enabling fully automated operation from feeding to discharging.

Product Features

1.Fully automatic control:

Utilizing a PLC control system, it achieves automatic feeding, diaphragm pressing, hole blowing, automatic plate pulling, and conveyor belt discharge.

2.Efficient filtration structure:

1000 type diaphragm box design, consisting of 26 membrane plates and 25 supporting plates, with a large filtration area, suitable for high-solid-content materials.

3.Corrosion-resistant material:

The filter plate is made of PP, while the inlet pipeline and valves are made of SS304 stainless steel, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion.

4.Comprehensive system:

Equipped with pneumatic diaphragm pump (SS304 + PTFE), screw air compressor, belt conveyor and complete set of instruments and valves.

5.Energy conservation and environmental protection:

The power of the hydraulic system is 7.5kW, and the power of the lifting trolley is 0.75kW, with low energy consumption; The air compressor has a maintenance reminder function, facilitating maintenance.

6.Flexible configuration:

Complete range of accessories including filter cloth and diaphragm pump components are available, enabling quick replacement and long-term use.
