✧ Product Features
This series vacuum filter machine is widely used in the dehydration process of starch slurry in the production process of potato, sweet potato, corn and other starch. ✧ Structure
Rotating drum, central hollow shaft, vacuum tube, hopper, scraper, mixer, reducer, vacuum pump, motor, bracket, etc.
✧ Working principle
When the drum rotates, under the vacuum effect, there is a pressure difference between inside and outside of the drum, which promotes the adsorption of sludge on the filter cloth. The sludge on the drum is dried to form a filter cake and then dropped from the filter cloth by the scraperdevice.
