✧ Product Features
This series vacuum filter machine is widely used in the dehydration process of starch slurry in the production process of potato, sweet potato, corn and other starch. Rotating drum, central hollow shaft, vacuum tube, hopper, scraper, mixer, reducer, vacuum pump, motor, bracket, etc.
✧ Working principle
When the drum rotates, under the vacuum effect, there is a pressure difference between inside and outside of the drum, which promotes the adsorption of sludge on the filter cloth. The sludge on the drum is dried to form a filter cake and then dropped from the filter cloth by the scraperdevice.
