Brief Introduction:

The JYMT-1000 high-speed mixing tank is an open-type blending equipment specifically designed for the chemical, food, and daily chemical industries. Featuring a flat-top, non-pressure vessel structure with an overall height of less than 1500 mm, it is ideal for production lines with limited space. With a 1000 L effective capacity and a high-speed motor operating at 2800 RPM, it enables rapid powder-liquid mixing, suspension dispersion, and homogenization. The inner and outer polished stainless steel surfaces ensure a clean, residue-free contact area for materials.

1.Compact design:
The total height of the equipment is less than 1500mm, with a diameter of 1200mm. It saves vertical and floor space, and is suitable for multi-level workshops or mobile operation scenarios. 
2.High-speed power system:
Driven by a 11KW motor, with a rotational speed of up to 2800 RPM, it provides strong shearing force and is suitable for quickly granulating high-viscosity or difficult-to-disperse materials. 
3.All stainless steel structure:
The cylinder body and legs are made of 304SS material with a thickness of 2.8mm. This design strikes a balance between lightweight and structural toughness, ensuring corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. 
4.Double-precision liquid level monitoring:
Each tank is equipped with 1 liquid level sensor, which displays the material volume in real time, preventing overflow or empty rotation, and improving batch consistency. 
5.Internal and external surface polishing:
Reduces the probability of material sticking to the walls, shortens the cleaning time, and complies with food-grade hygiene operation requirements.
