Brief Introduction:

This product is the JYSCF-DN250-DN100 type brush-type self-cleaning filter, specially designed for industrial water treatment and liquid filtration scenarios.
The equipment adopts a brush-type mechanical cleaning structure, combined with high-precision wedge-shaped screens, enabling continuous filtration and automatic discharge, without the need for manual disassembly and cleaning.
The entire machine is independently produced by our factory, supporting customization in terms of material, diameter, precision, control method, etc., and is applicable to multiple fields such as chemical industry, environmental protection, steel industry, and irrigation.

1.Brush-type cleaning structure:
A built-in nylon brush with rotating bristles is installed. It is driven to rotate by a deceleration motor, effectively removing impurity particles on the filter surface and preventing blockage. 
2. High-precision wedge-shaped filter:
Filtration accuracy is 80 microns (customizable from 10 to 2000 microns). The filter material is 316L stainless steel, which is highly durable, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. 
3. All stainless steel material:
The flow-through components are made of 316L stainless steel, while the non-flow-through parts are 304 stainless steel, which can withstand various corrosive media. 
4. Electric sewage discharge control:
A DN40 electric ball valve (made of 316 material) is installed at the sewage outlet, and it is combined with a differential pressure sensor to achieve automatic sewage discharge. 
5. Intelligent PLC electrical control system:
Equipped with fault warning and operation status display functions. 
6. Compact structure design:
The cylinder diameter is 273mm, with inlet and outlet diameters of DN100, conforming to the national standard flange standards. It has a small footprint and is convenient for pipeline layout.

Fully automatic operation, no need for frequent shutdowns for cleaning, significantly reducing the frequency of manual operations and filter replacements.

Maintain stable filtration and drainage to prevent the clogging of nozzles, heat exchangers, pumps, valves and other equipment by impurities, thus avoiding their damage.

Design pressure of 10 bars, with highly sensitive pressure differential response (set value < 0.3 MPa), capable of withstanding working environments with significant water quality fluctuations. 
4. Flexible and reliable control:
The PLC collects pressure signals at both the inlet and outlet, automatically controlling the feed pump, reducer motor and electric valve. In case of any abnormality, it will issue an early warning. 
5. Support for deep customization:
As the original factory, we can provide customized solutions based on customer’s specific requirements such as flow rate, medium type, installation space, and explosion-proof requirements, and offer technical solutions and drawing confirmation.
