Industrial Manual Chamber Filter Press, Corrosion Resistant PP Pump & Pipeline
Product features
Full manual mechanical operation:
Manual cylinder compression/release: The cylinder is driven by a manual hydraulic station, providing stable and sufficient compression force to ensure the sealing of the filter chamber. The operation is simple and maintenance is convenient.
Manual sequential pulling of filter plates for discharging: The operator can manually pull out the filter plates one by one to remove the filter cake. The process is controllable, and it is particularly suitable for situations where it is necessary to inspect the filtering condition of each filter plate or the properties of the filter cake.
Manual control of feed: The feeding process can be controlled manually through valves. The feeding pressure and time can be flexibly adjusted according to the characteristics of the materials.
Underground drainage system design:
The filtrate is collected and discharged through dedicated channels beneath each filter plate, rather than dripping through open channels. This design keeps the working environment clean and prevents the filtrate from splashing or evaporating again, and is particularly suitable for processes involving toxic, harmful, odorous substances or those requiring centralized filtration and recycling of the filtrate.
Corrosion-resistant system configuration:
Equipped with QBK-25 (PP) pneumatic diaphragm pump as the feeding power source, this pump features strong self-priming capability, the ability to run without interruption, no leakage, and corrosion resistance. It is highly suitable for transporting slurries containing particles and corrosive media.
Using PP (polypropylene) material pipes for connection ensures the entire conveying process from the pump to the filter press has full corrosion resistance, thereby extending the system’s lifespan.
Professional filter cloth accessories:
Standard PP-750AB type filter cloth (7+1 sets) is provided. This filter cloth has been optimized for the structure of the box-type filter press and features high filtration accuracy, smooth cake discharge, resistance to acid and alkali, and long service life. The “7+1″ configuration ensures both filtration efficiency and backup requirements.
Product advantages
High reliability:
The mechanical structure is simple, without complex electrical or automatic control systems. The failure rate is extremely low, and the operation is stable. There are no high requirements for the usage environment or the technical skills of the operators.
Economical and practical:
The purchase cost is low, energy consumption is minimal (only the pneumatic pump requires compressed air), the later maintenance is simple, the spare parts cost is low, and the overall cost of ownership (TCO) has a significant advantage.
Flexible and adaptable:
The manual operation mode can be adjusted at any time according to changes in on-site materials, and is suitable for multi-variety and small-batch production processes. The equipment has a sturdy structure and can adapt to harsh working conditions.
Environmental protection and cleaning:
The concealed flow design effectively collects the filtrate, preventing “leaks, spills and drips” at the site, and helps to achieve clean production and environmental protection requirements.
Ready-to-use:
Offers a complete filtration unit from the feed pump, pipelines to the filter press mainframe and filter cloth. The system has high compatibility and is easy to install, enabling quick production start-up.
Application fields
This set of equipment, with its features of corrosion resistance, manual reliability and dark-flow cleaning, is widely applied in the following industries that require the dehydration, clarification, extraction or recovery of slurry:
- Chemical industry: Filtration and washing of products such as pigments, dyes, intermediates, fertilizers, and inorganic salts.
- Environmental protection industry: Sludge dewatering for small-scale sewage treatment stations, river dredging, and solid-liquid separation of food waste treatment liquids.
- Mineral Metallurgy: Tailings dewatering, concentrate recovery, and slag slurry treatment.
- Food and Beverage: Filtration of plant extract solutions, clarification of syrups, separation of fermentation organisms (requires the use of food-grade filter cloths).
- Ceramic building materials: Dewatering of glazes and clay slurry.
- Laboratory and pilot-scale research: An ideal equipment for validating small-scale production processes or handling samples.
