Work process
Pressing the filter plates: The hydraulic system automatically pushes the pressing plates to compress all the filter plates and form a sealed filter chamber.
Feed filtration: The pump conveys the suspension into the filter chamber. Under the pressure, the solids are retained to form a filter cake, while the filtrate passes through the filter cloth.
Clear liquid collection: The filtrate flows out from the outlet ports of each filter plate and is collected in a unified PVC clear liquid trough for centralized discharge.
Discharge: After the filtration process is completed, the hydraulic system releases the filter plates, and the filter plates are pulled apart one by one. The filter cake falls off due to its own weight, thus completing one working cycle.
