Brief Introduction:

This model is an XMY20-630/30 box-type filter press, which is a solid-liquid separation equipment integrating automatic operation and manual control.The machine adopts a carbon steel integral frame, with a stable and durable structure; the filtration area is 20 square meters, the filter plate size is 630mm, and the designed filtration pressure can reach 30kg (approximately 0.3MPa).The equipment uses a central hole single-point feeding method, combined with a double clear liquid outlet design, to ensure uniform distribution of the slurry and clear filtrate.The hydraulic system realizes the automatic pressing of the filter plates, combined with manual pulling of the plates for discharging, which not only reduces labor intensity but also retains operational flexibility.The standard PVC material double water collection trough effectively collects dripping and leaking liquids, maintaining a clean working environment.

1.Compound control mode:
Combining automatic hydraulic pressing with manual pulling plate, complementing electrical control with manual operation, suitable for different working conditions. 
2. Efficient filtration structure:
The box-type filter plate is combined with central feeding. The filtration cycle is short, the moisture content of the filter cake is low, and the solid recovery rate is high. 
3. Corrosion-resistant liquid collection system:
Equipped with double-sided PVC water collection troughs, which are resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, effectively preventing the capillary leakage of filter cloth from dripping onto the ground or the machine frame. 
4. Dual outlet design of the flow:
The dual flow (fluid flowing out from both sides) makes it easy to visually observe the liquid output from each filter plate, enabling quick identification of any filter cloth damage or blockage points. 
5. Robust bearing foundation:
The high-quality carbon steel frame is treated for rust prevention, featuring high strength and resistance to deformation, and is suitable for frequent compression operations.
