Brief Introduction:

The JYSCF-219-316L pneumatic self-cleaning filter is a solid-liquid separation equipment specifically designed for continuous operation. Its core filter element is made of high-strength SS316L wedge-shaped mesh, and the filtration accuracy can be customized. The main shell is also made of SS316L material and undergoes sandblasting treatment, featuring excellent corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal. The equipment is driven by an air cylinder to make the scraper move up and down in an automatic reciprocating motion, achieving online automatic cleaning of the filter screen surface. Combined with the DN100 electric ball valve for discharging, it can significantly reduce the frequency of manual maintenance and is suitable for water treatment, circulating cooling, and industrial fluid pre-treatment scenarios.

Product Features
 
1.Pneumatic scraping cleaning mechanism:
Utilizing SS304 stainless steel cylinders, the scraper moves up and down closely against the surface of the wedge-shaped screen, effectively removing adhered particles and impurities. The cleaning action is powerful and reliable, and the filter screen does not need to be disassembled. 
2. Thickened corrosion-resistant housing:
The diameter of the filter body is DN200. Both the housing and the wedge-shaped screen are made of SS316L stainless steel, which has been treated by sandblasting to enhance the surface density and adapt to weak acid-base and saline medium environments. 
3. High-flow discharge design:
The discharge outlet is equipped with an electric ball valve with a diameter of DN100. The discharge process is rapid, preventing secondary deposition of impurities and ensuring stable pressure difference during the cleaning cycle. 
4. Standardized interface:
The inlet and outlet adopt DN80 DIN11851 standard sanitary quick-connect interfaces, which are easy to install and compatible with mainstream pipeline systems both at home and abroad.
