Recently, our company provided the pre-shipment and delivery services for the 2# bag filter to an industrial manufacturing enterprise in Southeast Asia. The product was produced according to the model and parameters selected by the customer independently, and has successfully completed the export shipment.

This customer is engaged in industrial liquid processing-related business. During the production process, it is necessary to effectively intercept the particulate impurities in the fluid to protect subsequent process equipment and improve product quality. Based on its own process conditions, the customer selected the 2# bag filter model and clearly specified requirements for the equipment material, working pressure, inlet and outlet specifications, filtration accuracy, and installation method.
Solution and Product Configuration
According to the parameters confirmed by the customer, this batch of bag filters is manufactured using SS304 stainless steel material. Except for the filter bag, all components in contact with the fluid are stainless steel and have undergone polishing treatment to meet the customer’s requirements for corrosion resistance and neat appearance. The equipment’s working pressure is designed at 1.6 MPa, the inlet and outlet specifications are DN65, and it adopts a side-in, bottom-out connection method, which is convenient for the customer’s on-site pipeline layout.
Filtration Performance
In terms of filtration, the equipment is equipped with 2# filter bags, with a filtration accuracy of 5 microns. The filter bag interface is a plastic mouth, which can effectively intercept fine particulate impurities and is also convenient for daily replacement and maintenance.
Installation & Identification
The bottom is equipped with adjustable legs, which can be flexibly adjusted to the height and levelness of the site according to the ground conditions. The equipment nameplate only shows relevant parameters and does not display brand information, meeting specific identification requirements.
Delivery and Packaging
This batch of equipment is packaged in export-specific wooden boxes to meet international transportation conditions, ensuring that the product is effectively protected during transportation. The delivery method is FOB, and the goods are scheduled for shipment according to the agreed time. The payment method is 100% advance payment, and both parties successfully completed the transaction according to the contract agreement.
Customer feedback
The customer expressed their approval of the manufacturing process, parameter compliance, and delivery efficiency of the product. After the equipment arrived at the site, the installation was smooth, and the filtration effect met the expectations, capable of meeting the liquid filtration requirements in their production process.
