Project Background
An intermediary in Europe specializing in industrial liquid processing has been providing filtration equipment support services to local chemical, coating, and metal processing enterprises for a long time. This client previously purchased multi-bag type filters from Chinese suppliers and had high requirements for product delivery time and parameter matching. Due to the inability of the original supplier to meet the delivery time for their terminal project, the client first sent an inquiry to us and requested to purchase a batch of 6-bag type filters to replace the old equipment on site, and also demanded prompt delivery.
Customer Requirements
The customer specified a 6-bag bag-type filter with the model number JYMF-6P-316, which is to be used in the liquid filtration process of their end customers. The main technical requirements include: the cylinder material is SS316, with sandblasting surface treatment and a wall thickness of 5mm; each unit is equipped with 6 2# filter bags, with a filtration accuracy of 100um and made of PP material; the inlet and outlet flanges are 6-inch ANSI standard, with bottom-in-bottom-out direction; the design pressure is 10bar, and the working pressure is 6bar; the seal is made of nitrile rubber; a pressure gauge is provided; and a custom nameplate is required for customization to facilitate identification and management at the end customer site.
Regarding the delivery date, the delivery date was confirmed. After production is completed, the customer will inform the delivery address. The packaging requirement is to use wooden boxes and adopt a quick-opening method to facilitate unpacking and installation at the site.
Cooperation Process
After receiving the inquiry, we verified the technical details item by item according to the customer’s specified model and parameters. We confirmed that the requirements such as SS316 cylinder, 5mm wall thickness, 6 bags of 2# filter bags, 100um PP filter bags, 6-inch ANSI bottom-in-bottom-out flanges, 10bar design pressure, nitrile rubber seal, and custom nameplate could all be met. In response to the customer’s concern about the delivery date, the production department prioritized the production scheduling and maintained communication with the customer regarding the progress during the production process. After the customer confirmed the parameters and delivery date, they paid the deposit as agreed.
After production is completed, we used wooden boxes for packaging and handled the quick-opening method as required, and informed the customer to provide the final delivery address. The customer paid the remaining Amount of money before delivery， and the equipment was sent to the customer’s designated location by DDP delivery to the door method.
Project Results
This batch of 6-bag bag-type filters was successfully delivered on the agreed delivery date. The equipment parameters are consistent with the customer’s specified requirements， and the custom nameplate has also been made according to the customer’s information. The customer expressed recognition for the response speed， parameter matching ability， and delivery date coordination during the first cooperation， and believes that this batch of equipment can meet the replacement and operation requirements of the end customer site. This cooperation has laid the foundation for the subsequent continuous cooperation between both parties in more model multi-bag filter and related filter consumables.
