The customer is located in Guangzhou and mainly exports food equipment. The end market is overseas. The customer received a filtration requirement for olive oil before filling. The other party requested that the equipment could efficiently remove impurities from the oil to ensure that the filled oil is clear and free of suspended matter.
Facing challenges
Olive oil has a high viscosity. The working temperature needs to be controlled within 40-45℃. There are certain requirements for the flow capacity and temperature resistance of the filter.
The filtration accuracy needs to reach 10 micrometers to intercept tiny particles and prevent any impact on the appearance and taste of the finished product.
Solution
Based on the information provided by the customer, we recommend the JYMF-4P-304 four-bag filter:
Material: SS304, sandblasted finish, meeting food-grade hygiene standards
Filter bag specifications: 4 pieces of 2# filter bags, made of PP material, with a pore size of 10 microns, with steel ring openings (with an additional 10 spare bags provided)
Import and Export: DN80 flange, side inlet and bottom outlet, design pressure 1.0 MPa
Sealing element: Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM), suitable for oil temperature conditions ranging from 40 to 45 degrees Celsius.

The four-bag parallel structure has a large processing capacity and significantly improves the filtration efficiency before filling.
