Brief Introduction:

This JYMF-4P-304 type stainless steel multi-bag filter is made of high-quality SS304 stainless steel and is equipped with 4 filter baskets, allowing for the simultaneous installation of 4 2# standard filter bags.The equipment adopts a lateral inlet and bottom outlet fluid path, and is compatible with DN80 ASME B16.5 flange interfaces.It is specially designed for large flow precision filtration of medium and low viscosity liquids. Its working pressure reaches 1.0 MPa and is widely applicable to the clarification filtration of various water-based liquids, oils, and chemical solvents.

Product Features
1.Multi-bag structure:
Standardly equipped with 4 SS304 filter baskets, supporting parallel filtration of multiple bags. The single machine processing capacity is large, reducing the equipment footprint. 
2. High-quality materials:
The entire machine and the filter basket are made of SS304 stainless steel and undergo sandblasting treatment. The surface is uniformly matte, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. 
3. Reliable sealing:
Utilizing the EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) sealing material, it exhibits excellent heat resistance, resistance to weak acids and alkalis, and aging resistance under a working temperature range of 40-45℃. 
4. Standard filter bag compatibility:
Compatible with 180×810mm (2#) filter bags, made of PP material, with a 10-micron precision, steel ring mouth design, ensuring stable installation without falling off. 
5. Convenient interface:
The DN80 flange complies with the ASME B16.5 standard and is compatible with the pipeline system easily. The side-entry bottom-out structure facilitates thorough emptying and drainage.
