The stainless steel basket-type magnetic rod filter is a new type of highly efficient filtration equipment that integrates a high-strength magnetic rod combination design on the basis of the traditional basket filter. 
This equipment is composed of components such as the cylinder body, connection pipes, filter basket, magnetic rods, flanges, top cover, and fasteners.

Simultaneously removes ferromagnetic impurities and non-magnetic particles, achieving more thorough purification. 
2.High-strength magnetic force:
Neodymium iron boron permanent magnet, with magnetic field strength ranging from 3000 to 12000 Gs, capable of adsorbing iron filings ranging from 0.5 to 60 micron.
3.Sturdy and durable:
Made of 304/316L stainless steel, it is corrosion-resistant and has high pressure-bearing capacity. 
4.Maintenance is simple:
The magnetic rods and filter basket can be disassembled for cleaning, and the structure is compact.
5.No energy consumption, no material consumption:
Permanent magnet operation, with extremely low operating costs. 
6.Customizable:
The material of the shell, interface type, and magnetic force accuracy can all be designed as per your requirements.
