1.High-flow horizontal structure: It adopts a horizontal cylinder layout, combined with a 40-inch tank diameter and a 6mm wall thickness design. In a limited space, it achieves a very large filtration area. The 19-bag parallel configuration is paired with 16-inch large-diameter flange inlet and outlet, and a single unit of this equipment can meet the high throughput requirements of the production line, effectively reducing the complexity of pipelines and the floor space required when multiple units are connected in parallel.

2.Convenient maintenance design: The equipment’s top and sides are equipped with lifting ears, which are combined with lifting ring bolts and a rocker mechanism to achieve the quick opening and locking of the head. Operators can complete opening the cover, replacing the filter bags and conducting internal inspections without using special heavy tools, significantly reducing the downtime for maintenance. The carbon steel base (4-inch × 8-inch pipe material, welded or bolted connection) is specially designed for forklift handling, facilitating the flexible relocation and installation positioning of the equipment within the factory.

3.Reliable sealing and materials: The sealing ring uses nitrile rubber (NBR), which has good oil resistance and chemical resistance for common industrial fluids. The filter bags are made of PE material, with a plastic mouth ring combined with a full hot-melt welding process, avoiding the risk of pinhole leakage in traditional sewn filter bags, ensuring the integrity and consistency of the 100-micron filtration accuracy. The SS304 filter basket provides uniform support for the filter bags, preventing them from cracking or fiber migration under high pressure differences.

4.Complete interface configuration: In addition to the 16-inch main inlet and outlet, the equipment is also equipped with a 2-inch FNPT exhaust port, a clean end and a dirty end each with a 2-inch FNPT drainage port, as well as a 1/2-inch FNPT reserved port, facilitating the connection of pressure gauges, sampling valves or sewage pipelines, meeting the all-round needs for on-site instrument monitoring and maintenance operations.
