Brief Introduction:

This bag-type filter model is JYSF-2#-304. It is made of SS304 stainless steel. The surface of the cylinder has been sandblasted. The overall structure is sturdy and durable, suitable for various liquid filtration scenarios. The equipment adopts the side-in and bottom-out liquid inlet and outlet method. The inlet and outlet are 2-inch BSPT internal thread connections. The cylinder diameter is 219mm, the cylinder height is approximately 1200mm, the design pressure is 10bar, the working pressure does not exceed 6bar, and a pressure gauge is equipped for real-time observation of the operating status. Each complete machine is standardly equipped with 1 2# filter bag, with a size of 180×810mm, a filtration accuracy of 50 microns, and a material of PP.

The inlet and outlet use 2-inch BSPT internal thread connections, with side inlet and bottom outlet. The installation direction is clear, facilitating pipe connection.

The cylinder diameter is 219mm, and the cylinder height is approximately 1200mm, belonging to the standard specifications of 2# bag-type filter.
Clear pressure parameters:
The design pressure is 10bar, the working pressure is ≤6bar, and a pressure gauge is configured for convenient monitoring of system pressure.
Flexible filter bag configuration:
In addition to the standard 50-micron PP filter bag, various filter bags with different filtration accuracies such as 1um, 5um, 50um, and 100um can be additionally selected to meet different filtration requirements.
