Brief Introduction:

This JYSF-2# stainless steel bag filter is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel and is specifically designed for industrial liquid filtration scenarios. It has a compact structure and can handle a processing flow of 2# standard filter bags (180×810mm). When combined with 50-micron PP filter bags, it can efficiently intercept particulate impurities. The equipment operates at a working pressure of 0.6 MPa and has a design pressure of 1.0 MPa, meeting the requirements of regular working conditions. The fluid flow direction is side entry and bottom outlet, and it is combined with a 1/2″ external thread exhaust valve at the top to ensure smooth system exhaust, making it suitable for precise filtration of water-based, oil-based, and weakly corrosive fluids.

1.Quick-opening ring sealing structure:
The upper cover is locked by a quick-opening ring, allowing for quick replacement of the filter bag without the need for special tools, significantly reducing the downtime for maintenance. 
2.Dual pressure level guarantee:
Working pressure 0.6 MPa, design pressure 1.0 MPa, providing sufficient safety margin, suitable for pressure fluctuation working conditions. 
3.Nitrile rubber sealing ring:
Resistant to oil and wear. It has excellent sealing performance at room temperature for mineral oil, animal and vegetable oils, as well as weak acidic and alkaline media. 
4.Sandblasting surface treatment:
The surface undergoes sandblasting treatment to eliminate processing marks, enhance the appearance texture, and simultaneously improve the adhesion of the coating (if subsequent coating is required). 
5.Stainless steel filter bag flange:
The filter bag is equipped with 304 stainless steel rings, which fit tightly against the inner wall of the filter to prevent leakage on the side and improve the filtration efficiency.

The 2# filter bag has a large effective filtration area, and the flow rate per bag can reach 10-20 m³/h (depending on the viscosity of the medium), making it suitable for continuous operation at medium flow rates.

The 304 stainless steel shell offers both corrosion resistance and cost advantages, and is suitable for applications such as food and beverage, fine chemicals, electroplating solutions, cooling circulating water, etc. 
3. Humanized exhaust design:
The 1/2″ external threaded exhaust valve at the top can quickly discharge the gas inside the shell, avoiding gas blockage that may affect the filtration efficiency, and facilitating the exhaust before startup. 
4. Zero leakage risk:
The precisely manufactured filter bag support net and sealing ring are matched to ensure a tight fit between the filter bag and the cylinder wall, completely preventing any unfiltered liquid from bypassing. 
5. Low maintenance cost:
Only the filter bags need to be replaced. The housing can be reused repeatedly for a long time, and the cost of consumables is lower than that of core-type filters.
