Brief Introduction:

This equipment is a compact filter press unit specifically designed for small-scale, intermittent solid-liquid separation scenarios. The entire machine is composed of an XMQ2/380 carbon steel filter press, a QBK-15 pneumatic diaphragm pump, and corrosion-resistant PP pipes. The system adopts a pure mechanical operation mode of manual feeding, manual pulling of the plate, and hydraulic pressing by a jack, combined with a clear-flow dual-outlet design. The structure is intuitive and maintenance is simple. It is an ideal tool for laboratory research, pilot production workshops, and small factories to conduct material dehydration tests or production.

1.Pure manual mechanical structure:
Abandoning complex hydraulic stations and electronic control systems, it adopts the center compression of the jack for operation, with direct operation feedback and very few fault points. It is suitable for environments without power supply or air supply (only requiring an air pump to drive the diaphragm pump) or for operations with low explosion-proof requirements. 
2.Corrosion-resistant flow components:
The filter plates are made of high-strength PP (polypropylene) material, the feed pipeline is a PP pipe, and the pump body of the pneumatic diaphragm pump can be selected as aluminum alloy/ engineering plastic. The entire system is resistant to acids and alkalis and is corrosion-resistant, suitable for processing weakly acidic and weakly alkaline slurry. 
3.Clear liquid outlet:
The filtrate is directly discharged in a clear flow through the water outlets located beneath each filter plate, facilitating real-time observation of the clarity of the filtrate on-site and enabling timely detection of filter cloth damage or the end of filtration. 
4.Modular integration:
The diaphragm pump, PP pipeline and the feed inlet of the filter press have been pre-connected. At the user’s site, they only need to connect the compressed air source and the discharge pipeline, and it can be put into use immediately.

there is no motor, no hydraulic pump station, and no PLC control system. The procurement cost is only 1/5 of that of the fully automatic model, making it particularly suitable for projects in the initial stage with limited budgets.

The filtration area is 2 square meters, and the entire machine is lightweight. It can be moved freely or placed on a tabletop, meeting the needs of switching multiple materials in the laboratory or temporary dehydration in the workshop. 
3.Maintaining “zero threshold”:
The plate pulling, pressing and discharging are all operated manually. Ordinary workers can master the operation skills in just 5 minutes. The filter cloth replacement does not require special tools. The PP filter plates are lightweight, significantly reducing the maintenance costs for after-sales service. 
4.Adaptive feeding by pneumatic diaphragm pump:
Utilizing QBK-15 pneumatic diaphragm pump, without mechanical seals, it can operate without load, is not afraid of overpressure, and can automatically adjust the flow and pressure according to the viscosity of the material, effectively protecting the filter plate from high-pressure impact.
