Custom SS304 Multi Bag Filter for Circulating Water Filtration

This product is a 7-bag filter unit, model JYMF-7P2, which is a multi-bag filtering equipment designed for industrial high-flow liquid filtration scenarios. The equipment is made of SS304 stainless steel, with sandblasted surface treatment. It has a compact structure, stable pressure-bearing capacity, and is suitable for filtering and clarifying various industrial fluids such as circulating water, chemical liquids, coating inks, and electroplating solutions.

The design pressure of this filter is 1.6 MPa, and the working pressure is 1 MPa. The inlet and outlet adopt DN250 standard flanges, with a side-in and bottom-out structure, making it easy to connect to various industrial pipeline systems. The cylinder wall thickness is 5 mm, with high overall strength, suitable for long-term continuous operation.

One unit of this equipment can be equipped with 7 2# PP filter bags, with a filter bag size of 180×810 mm, a filtration accuracy of 100 μm, a plastic inward-fold design, reliable installation sealing, and simple replacement operation. The multi-bag structure enables one unit of equipment to have a large filtration area and processing capacity, effectively reducing the equipment’s floor space and the complexity of the pipeline.
