This product is a box-type filter press, model XMY20/700. It features a carbon steel frame and an automatic hydraulic pressing system, equipped with PP box-type filter plates. It is suitable for solid-liquid separation operations under normal temperature and pressure conditions. The equipment supports manual discharge and dual parallel liquid discharge. Product features

  • 1 The PP box-type filter plates with dimensions of 700×700mm are used, with 24 plates per unit, and 2 spare plates are provided. The filtration area is stable and the filter cake is formed uniformly.
  • 2 The carbon steel frame is combined with an automatic hydraulic 160 pressing system. The pressing force is reliable and the sealing performance is good, reducing the leakage phenomenon.
  • 3 The double clear flow design is equipped with a PVC water tank. The filtrate flows out smoothly, facilitating observation and collection.
  • 4 A 304SS feed pipeline is configured, with a feed inlet of DN65. It has good corrosion resistance and is suitable for various material conditions.
  • 5 The control part uses a button control cabinet, which can control the hydraulic system and the start/stop of the feed pump. The operation is intuitive and simple.
