Product Features

1.Automatic Plate Pulling + Vibrating Plate System:

PLC automatically controls the sequential pulling of each filter plate, combined with a high-frequency vibrating mechanism to assist cake discharge, ensuring more complete filter cake release.

2.Fully Automatic Operation:

Integrates processes including feeding, plate pulling, plate vibrating, and cake discharge. Supports one-key start and automatic cycles based on timed intervals or differential pressure.

3.Large Volume and High Filtration Area:

Filtration area ranges from 30 to 80 , and chamber volume from 450 to 1200 L, accommodating varying batch processing capacities.

4.High-Strength Filter Plate:

870×870 mm reinforced polypropylene filter plate, corrosion-resistant and pressure-resistant, with excellent chamber sealing performance.
