Brief Introduction:

The automatic plate-type filter press is a modern solid-liquid separation equipment that integrates mechanical pressing, automatic pressure maintenance, intelligent plate pulling for discharging, and filter cake transportation. It pumps the suspension fluid into a sealed filter chamber composed of multiple filter plates through a high-pressure pump. Under the pressure effect, efficient filtration is achieved. The core feature lies in its accompanying filter cake conveying belt, which can automatically receive and transport the filter cake during discharging, thus enabling the entire process from “filtration” to “discharge” and “material transfer” to be fully automated and continuous. 1.Fully automatic operation:
Once started with a single button, the equipment can automatically complete all the cycle processes including pressing, feeding, pressing, releasing, pulling the plate for discharging, etc. 
2. Integrated conveying system:
Standard or optional filter cake conveying belt (belt conveyor) is provided, which is controlled with the main machine. When the plates are pulled, the filter cake automatically falls onto the conveyor belt and is smoothly and continuously transported to the designated collection point or the next process, eliminating secondary pollution. 
3. High reliability design:
The filter plates are made of reinforced polypropylene (PP), which is corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and highly durable. The main beams of the frame are usually made of high-quality steel and undergo anti-corrosion treatment, ensuring a sturdy structure suitable for harsh working conditions. 
4. Intelligent Control System:
The core components include PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and touch screen human-machine interface (HMI), which can monitor pressure, time, and operation status in real time, and easily adjust, store, and recall process parameters.
