The cylinder body and lower cone section are equipped with a heat transfer oil jacket for circulating heat supply, with a design temperature of up to 250°C, ensuring that high-viscosity materials maintain good flowability at constant temperature; the outermost layer uses high-density rock wool insulation to effectively reduce heat loss.

An integrated thick tubesheet and independently bolt-locked clamping bars (cross beams/clamping plates) are used to secure the filter elements. The material contact area has no threaded structure throughout, effectively preventing material coking and carbon buildup; the entire set of filter elements can be extracted and disassembled as an integrated assembly, making maintenance convenient.

A single unit is equipped with 40 wedge wire filter elements (gap precision 50 microns, dimensions Φ60mm×1000mm). The center-to-center distance of the filter elements is optimized to 110mm, ensuring a net clearance of 45~50mm; a net distance of at least 70mm is reserved between the outermost filter elements and the inner wall of the cylinder body, effectively overcoming the wall cooling effect and the problem of weak airflow impact force, and ensuring smooth discharge of the filter cake. Guide siphon blind tubes are welded inside the filter elements, allowing continuous fine filtration to be maintained even when the liquid level drops to the bottom of the cylinder.

Nitrogen pulse backblowing combined with pneumatic vibrators is used to achieve efficient discharge of dry/semi-dry filter cake. The bottom is equipped with a cylinder-driven quick-opening discharge port and a stainless steel sealing gasket.

A 2-inch through-type nozzle equipped with a manual ball valve is provided at a 45° position above the cone section of the cylinder body, allowing safe insertion of a metal rod for unblocking when waste diatomaceous earth adheres to the wall and causes blockage. Double-sided high-temperature-resistant borosilicate sight glasses are provided, along with mechanical wiping devices (PTFE/metal blades).

A fully automatic control cabinet is provided, and together with the parallel piping and pressure sensors between equipment, efficient automated operation and monitoring of the entire system are achieved.
